We invest in ground rents for individual properties, as well as large development blocks. Our portfolio comprises properties with as few as 2 units, and as many as 38 units.

 

Our targeted investments allow the portfolio to benefit from economies of scale, providing greater efficiencies to leaseholders, and maximizing returns.
